The GLCAP in Fostoria has closed their building to the public, which is where the Fostoria WIC Clinic is held. WIC is STILL providing services.

Services Provided
WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children. WIC provides Nutrition Education, Breastfeeding Support and Supplemental Foods.
Qualifications

You may qualify for the WIC Program if you are:

Pregnant, breastfeeding or a woman who recently had a child (up to six months)

An infant or child under age 5

At medical or nutrition risk and meet income guidelines
Income Guidelines and Eligibility
WIC Farmer’s Market – Farmer’s Market Coupons are available for WIC participants at your local WIC office. Attached is a list of fruits and vegetables that can be purchased along with the local farmers that accept the coupons.
Did You Know?
The Seneca County WIC Program offers Breastfeeding Support and Education to WIC Participants at its clinics. Board Certified Lactation Consultants and Peer Helpers assist mothers with knowledge and resources to increase breastfeeding initiation and duration.
